内容摘要: 目前面板坝接缝表层止水是采用卷材防护,该防护型式存在盖板周边与面板之间有空隙、周边缝与伸缩缝之间异性搭接困难、螺栓在水位变化区容易发生冰冻拉拔脱落、钢板压条会锈蚀等缺陷。本文利用SK手刮聚脲强度高、延伸率大、耐老化及施工方便的特点,提出了面板接缝新型防护盖板止水结构,对这种防护盖板止水结构进行了抗冻、耐久性及长期变形等试验,并在蒲石河抽水蓄能电站上库面板坝进行了现场试验,经过三年的运行证明了这种止水防护盖板结构的可靠性。

Experimental Study on a New Waterproof Sheet in CFRD Joints
Abstract:The top joint seal of the concrete faced rockfill dam (CFRD) is currently using coiled material. But this protective type has some defects, such as, there exits space between the periphery of the sheet and face slab, it is difficult to lap the perimetrical joint and extensibility joint, bolts in the water level changing area be dropped to freezing and drawing off, and steel bars be rusted. Based on SK one-part polyurea’s characteristics of high strength, satisfactory elongation, good aging resistance and convenient construction, a new protective sheet in CFRD joints is presented in this paper. And anti-freezing test , endurance test and long-term deformation test for this protective sheet have be done. In addition, the field test was undertaken in CFRD of the Pushier Pumped-storage Power Station. The reliability of this protective sheet had been proved after three years of operation.
