泄水建筑物推移质冲磨破坏修复技术

       内容摘要:磨损冲击破坏是水工泄水建筑物常见的问题之一,尤其是当水流流速较高,水流中挟带砂石等推移质时,这种破坏现象更为严重。本文通过对原材料优选及配合比试验,研制了高弹性抗冲磨砂浆,该材料具有高弹性及良好的抗冲击性能,与混凝土粘接强度高。针对推移质冲磨的破坏机理,提出了“以柔克刚”的复合式方案,通过吸收跳跃式推移质沙石的冲击能量,达到解决抗推移质冲磨破损的目的。该方案已在柳洪水电站3#孔闸室底板进行了冲磨破坏修复试验,经过了一个汛期多次泄洪的考验,抗推移质冲磨效果良好。

       Abstract:  Abrasion and impact failure is one of the common problems in hydraulic structures. Especially when the flow velocity is high, the water carrying bed load, the damage is more serious. In the paper, the high elastic mortar was developed based on the optimization of raw materials and mix proportion test. This material has high elasticity, good impact resistance, and high bonding strength with concrete. The“Killing with Kindness”scheme is proposed. By absorbing the impact ability of the skip load, it can solve the problem of the failure of the material. The repair test of abrasion damage has been in No. 3 hole lock floor on Liuhong Hydropower Station. After a flood discharge test, anti abrasion load effect is good.
