寒冷地区混凝土面板接缝表层平覆型柔性止水结构

       内容摘要:寒冷地区的面板坝在冬季运行时接缝表层止水结构极易受冰压及冰拔破坏。本文介绍了几座位于寒冷地区的面板接缝表层止水破坏的工程实例。针对寒冷地区面板堆石坝,提出了面板接缝表层平覆型柔性止水结构,即面板接缝V型槽内充填的塑性填料与混凝土面齐平,将SK手刮聚脲平铺在塑性填料和两侧混凝土表面。首次将平覆型柔性止水结构用于纳子峡水电站水位变化区面板接缝止水破损修复处理。实践证明,面板接缝表层平覆型柔性止水结构具有适应变形能力强、防渗效果好、耐老化、易于施工、美观的特点,可以有效避免库水结冰的影响,适用于寒冷地区混凝土面板堆石坝水位变化区面板接缝的表层止水。

       A Flexible flat coating anti-water structure for concrete face joint in cold area

       Abstract:The surface sealing structure of joints of CFRD in cold regions is very vulnerable due to ice compression and ice pull-out during winter operation. This paper introduces several engineering examples of water seal failure on the surface of slab joint in cold areas. For CFRD in cold regions, a new type of flexible flat-coating anti-water seepage structure is proposed, i.e. the plastic filler filled in V-shaped groove of CFRD joints is flattened with the concrete surface, and SK hand-scraped polyurea is laid flat on the plastic filler and the concrete on both sides. For the first time, the flexible flat-coating anti-water seepage structure was applied to repair the concrete joints in the water level variation zone of the Nazixia Hydropower Station in Qinghai Province. It has been proved that the new flexible flat-coating structure has strong adaptive ability of deformation, good anti-water seepage effect, anti-aging, easy construction and nice appearance than the bulged anti-water seepage structure, which can effectively avoid the influence of water icing in the reservoir. Therefore it is recommended a suitable method for repairing of the concrete structural joints in the water level variation zone of CFRD in cold regions.
